Shipping and Delivery Policy

We have put a lot of focus on ensuring items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We offer shipping to every corner of India, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Order Verification:

Once your order is placed, our team will review and verify it. If we require any additional information, one of our executives will reach out to you directly. We will begin processing your order as soon as it has been confirmed. You have the option to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it; after this period, cancellation requests will be processed only if feasible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Order Processing:

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days to complete. Our team works diligently to prepare your items for dispatch as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and availability of products. While we strive to process orders efficiently, weekends and holidays are not included in the processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process

Shipping Time:

For standard shipping, orders usually dispatched by the Anjani, Tirupati, and Delhivery courier services. Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Usually, our orders delivered within 1-5 Business Days across India. Please allow 1 day for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

Modes of Payment:

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Net Banking and UPI payments through our secure third-party payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pincodes. Customers can check their eligibility for COD during the checkout process on our shipping page.

Shipping Charges:

Our shipping charges are determined based on the weight of the items and the delivery area. Shipping costs start at ₹40 and will vary depending on the specifics of each order. Please note that shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are different from those for prepaid orders. We use Delhivery for all COD shipments, which incurs higher charges due to their premium service.
