The shipping speed and charges are calculated based on the products in your cart and your delivery address. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives on time and securely to your doorstep.

Important Notes:

• Shipping speed can be expedited on special request via phone call, but is subject to the delivery company’s availability.
• Once your order is placed and not yet handed over to the courier, we can modify your shipping address — just call or email us. After dispatch, no changes can be made.
• Please provide a complete residential or office address to avoid delivery delays.
• Include your correct contact number so the courier can reach you if required.
• Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package during delivery hours.
• If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, report it to us immediately with photos so we can assist you.

Delivery Charges:

At Protonix, we keep our delivery charges simple and transparent:

• Free Delivery on all orders above ₹3000.
• For orders below ₹3000, delivery charges apply — approximately ₹100–₹200 per kg, depending on your location.
• Charges cover up to 1 kg. Heavier shipments will have additional costs, displayed at checkout.

Dispatch, Processing & Tracking:

• We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement. In rare cases — such as for specialty or hard-to-find items — dispatch may take 2–3 days.
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM may be shipped on the same day.
• Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow your shipment.
• If you need your order by a specific date, inform us via WhatsApp or Email at the time of purchase, and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

Special Location Handling:

• City area deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners.
• Rural or non-serviceable areas are shipped via Speed Post or the post office — you will be notified by email before dispatch if this applies.
• If your order is from Surat, we can arrange immediate delivery through Porter. Charges for this service are usually ₹100–₹200.

Additional Information:

• Every order is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
• High-value orders may require a signature upon receipt for security.
• Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions.
