Description

Each command given through the buttons is interpreted by the PCB and converted into instructions for the motor, valves, and other components. By coordinating these operations, it helps the machine maintain smooth and reliable performance throughout the entire wash cycle.

Over time, the circuit may face issues due to continuous usage, power fluctuations, or moisture exposure inside the machine. Common signs of trouble include the drum not spinning properly, cycles stopping midway, or the machine failing to switch between stages like wash to rinse or rinse to spin. In some cases, the control panel may stop responding, making it difficult to operate the appliance. Such symptoms usually indicate that the PCB is malfunctioning, and addressing the problem becomes necessary to restore the washing machine’s normal functioning.

  • We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement. In rare cases — such as for specialty or hard-to-find items — dispatch may take 2–3 days.
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM may be shipped on the same day.
  • Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow your shipment.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, inform us via WhatsApp or Email at the time of purchase, and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

Special Location Handling:

  • City area deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners.
  • Rural or non-serviceable areas are shipped via Speed Post or the post office — you will be notified by email before dispatch if this applies.
  • If your order is from Surat, we can arrange immediate delivery through Porter. Charges for this service are usually ₹100–₹200.
